Software Update Support and Hardware Warranty
All software products developed by TRC include 12 month warranties:
- 12 Months: Telephone Line Support
- 12 Months: Software Updates
All hardware products provided by TRC include 12 month warranties:

Months: Hardware under Product Warranty
TRC regularly updates products and encourages product upgrade suggestions. We value customer feedback as a tool for improving our products and often use these suggestions when making updating decisions. Updates of our software will be distributed free of charge to customers for one year after the initial purchase.
Extended Warranty Information
Extended service and product update contracts are also available for coverage beyond the initial twelve-month period:

Extended Equipment Warranty Information
We, at times, provide complete lab setups. In such cases, we can provide extended warranties for electronic equipment and other products that we make available to our customers. For example, if workstation technology has been purchased at TRC we can provide a warranty on all or part of the workstation. These decisions are made on a case by case basis.

Remote Interactive Support
This service provides a remote interactive connection to connect your workstation to our technical support staff during problem solving sessions. This benefit allows our expert programmers to address issues and provide effective results for the fastest solutions to problems. This problem solving method is based on real-time user information. Support staff at TRC feel that "screen-to-screen" training and support increase the prospect of efficient TRC solutions. You can access this remote interactive support through the Interactive Support Page.
We also provide an Interactive Demo Support feature. This feature provides (potential) customers with a real-time view of how the OCS product works. We invite you to review our OCS Tools through a Software Demonstration
On-Site Installation and Training
TRC provides on-site installation and training for project leaders, or teams, upon request. We feel that each training scenario is unique. Because we are the originating software product for research and business testing activities you will receive a comprehensive on-site expreience at your facility. Customized Lab Design
We can customize our software and hardware to provide unique specifications for each customer's lab design requirements. Our software and hardware can be used in a wide range of configurations. Customized Product Development
We can customize our software and hardware as well as draw upon the latest technology in related fields to provide you with a unique research or product testing tool. Or, if you feel that your research or product testing needs are more exacting than expected we will develop a new product or customize an existing one. Customized System Integration
TRC offers complete system integration with a vast range: from completely customizing your system to integrating the OCS Tools software with your existing hardware. We will assist you or your staff in developing a unique solution; which may include specialty wiring, integrating a driving simulator, or bringing your computer in-house to ensure that our products are downloaded correctly. As the originating software product for research and product testing activities, we have an extensive portfolio of problem-solving scenarios from which to draw. Rental of Workstations and Video Lab Technology
TRC rents or leases the software and hardware equipment that you may require. TRC offers short-term rental or long-term lease-to-own arrangements to allow access to our software and other products. There are two important sections of the TRC customer product.
- Feature Access Control System (FACS)

Feature Access Control System
TRC's software contains the Feature Access Control System (FACS). This system allows you to access other features of the OCS Tools software and Video Editing System without having to download files or order a CD. The software arrives with all features but only those that the customer has chosen are accessible. If, at any time, you decide to use unavailable features simply call TRC to arrange a FACS session, either for an individual or a group, within your organization.
The FACS system can access several features:

Reading and Generating
- Statistical Functions
- Alternative Input Systems
Feature Access Control System (FACS) allows the customer to use other OCS Tools software features as well as download product upgrades. All of these activities can take place at the customer's computer, without staff assistance from TRC. In one FACS session you can access individual or mutliple software services simultaneously. This process takes you from the simplest version of the software to the most complete in a matter of minutes. The session may be conducted by telephone or through e-mail. An internet connection is not required.
Any of these features can become part of your initial TRC software package before the software is shipped, depending on your individual needs.
License Agreement
All orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the TRC Software License Agreement. All TRC software is licensed only. It is not sold. If you open and/or use the software then your opening and/or using constitutes acceptance of all the terms of the License Agreement.
