Interactive Support Page
TRC offers a remote Interactive Support feature to solve technical problems. This feature will allow TRC staff to remotely access your machine. To access the Interactive Support feature of OCS do the following:
- Connect to the Internet.
- Call TRC to describe the problem you are having.
- Click the "Start" button.
- Click "All Programs"
- Click "OCS Tools"
- Click "Interactive Support" to initiate a remote support session with TRC staff.
